Percent of Orange County Homes selling at a loss

A greater number of homes in the beach cities are now selling at a lost.  When the conforming loan limits change, Fannie and Freddie downgrade, and Mortgage Tax interest tax deduction are phased out it will put additional pressure on these home prices.
